After decades of fan requests, the Irwin Allen TV Series Land of the Giants star Captain Steve Burton (Gary Carmody Conway) features the cult classic 2019 Colossal Cuvée of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc from the legendary West Paso Robles volcanic Carmody McKnight vineyard. 

The estate wine has fantastic concentration while never feeling over-ripe. The tannins are seamless and the purity of fruit makes it so deliciously exotic. This is aromatic with red current, dried cherries and plum skins as well as spiced chocolate, geranium, walnut shell and orange peel. It’s full, structured and wide on the palate with medium tannins. It’s powerful but not heavy with freshness and crunchiness. Shows intensity and richness. Give it time.
